Black caviar is produced by a closed technological cycle sturgeon enterprise The main field is

the production of high-quality black caviar of sturgeon fish (Caviar).

The HACCP system has been implemented at the enterprise since 2013 and is certified according

to the FSSC 22000 international food safety and quality system certification. The scheme makes

it possible to control the product’s safety and quality at all stages of the production, the process

from the beginning to the end.

The first and largest is Ukraine’s producer of black caviar .
